Q. What is the advantage of buying Factory Direct?

A. We are Florida’s largest trailer dealer located in Central Florida, our Factory Direct Program offers our customers an option to buy Wholesale and $ave hundreds of dollars. We stock a large selection of the most popular sizes of enclosed trailers at the Diamond Cargo Factory, allowing our customers in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, the Carolinas and the North East US, a convenient location to take delivery of their trailer.

Q. Where are you located?

A. Our Sales Office is located in Lecanto Florida, where we operate a large trailer dealership. We are a Dealer for Diamond Cargo and keep a large inventory of trailers at their Factory, in Douglas Georgia.

Q. How do I place an order for a trailer?

A. A short phone call to one of GTL’s customer service specialist, • We will confirm that GTL has a unit in stock at the factory • GTL will take a small credit card deposit to reserve your trailer • A pick up date will be established • GTL will email you an Invoice and a Customer Pick Up Form • Upon arrival at the factory you will pay the balance due to Diamond Cargo and take delivery of your trailer

Q. What method of payment does Diamond Cargo accept?

A. When picking up at the factory you may pay the balance in Cash, Certified Check or by MasterCard, Discover or Visa. If you elect to pay by credit card a 3% administration fee will be charged.

A. Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Q. If you are a Florida Resident, or are registering the trailer in Florida, GTL will collect the and remit the Sales Tax to the State of Florida, if you are a resident of any other State , GTL will not collect the any tax, the customer will be responsible for any State Tax or fees.

Q. What are your hours for ordering a trailer?

A. the Sales office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST and on Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 PM EST. If you call after hours pleas leave a voice mail. Q What are the factory hours for pick up?

A. You may take delivery of your trailer Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST Saturday deliveries are available by appointment from 9:00 am to noon, EST, there is a $100 fee for Saturday deliveries.

Q. Do you offer delivery?

A. We have three transport companies that we work with, they are listing on our web site’s “Shipping” tab, and we will assist you in arranging transport with one of these companies, or if you prefer you can use your own transport company.

Q. How much is the cost for delivery?

A. Delivery rates will vary based on distance of the delivery and size of trailer. Rates generally run at $1.50 per mile, on our “Shipping” tab we have a rate estimator, all you need to do is enter in you zip code.

Q. Does the trailer come with a warranty?

A. Diamond Cargo offers a 5 year limited warranty, you may review the warranty information on our website.
